I was not feeling the gym today. So I definitely got my ass to the gym. I did 10 minutes on the rowing machine. I haven't a clue what my distance was but i stayed on that bitch of a machine until my feet hurt. Next was the treadmill. I did a quarter mile walk. Then switched over to the sled feature. 40 lbs for fifty yards five times. My calves hurt. I ended with a mile and leg press work on the recumbent elliptical. I know that isn't much. But for me and my sedentary workday, it was something. I am sweating and looking forward to some pampering and dinner at home. Teltschik like it is friends. Keep moving!
